Bring previous experience in retail or customer service

The Role
Our client is seeking a proactive and highly organised Part-Time Wholesale Assistant to join a boutique fashion agency. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with the Director and support the day-to-day operations across sales, customer service, and showroom coordination. Initially remote, the position also involves working from a temporary showroom and occasional travel to the warehouse when necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative and operational support to the Director
Attend and contribute to weekly WIP meetings
Assist with data entry and spreadsheet management
Support wholesale order processing and customer service
Maintain and update customer and database records
Follow up on outstanding invoices
Manage JOOR and Shopify platforms
Oversee sample management including unpacking, tagging, and logging
Assist with showroom setup and styling
Ensure professional and timely communication with customers
