    • Bring previous experience in retail or customer service

The Role

Our client is seeking a proactive and highly organised Part-Time Wholesale Assistant to join a boutique fashion agency. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with the Director and support the day-to-day operations across sales, customer service, and showroom coordination. Initially remote, the position also involves working from a temporary showroom and occasional travel to the warehouse when necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and operational support to the Director

  • Attend and contribute to weekly WIP meetings

  • Assist with data entry and spreadsheet management

  • Support wholesale order processing and customer service

  • Maintain and update customer and database records

  • Follow up on outstanding invoices

  • Manage JOOR and Shopify platforms

  • Oversee sample management including unpacking, tagging, and logging

  • Assist with showroom setup and styling

  • Ensure professional and timely communication with customers
