THE ROLE

As Wholesale Sales Coordinator, reporting to the Sales & Brand Director, you’ll play a key role in supporting the wholesale sales operations across Australia and New Zealand. You’ll ensure nothing falls through the cracks: from PO entry, quoting, order tracking, sample flow, to account admin and communication with internal teams. This is a great opportunity for a hands-on team player with strong initiative to join an expanding global team!

  • Process purchase orders: ensure accuracy, log changes, liaise with production/planning and warehouse teams to monitor execution.

  • Support key wholesale accounts: manage all admin around trade orders, confirmations, deliveries and query resolution.

  • Assist the sales team: prepare presentations and sell-in materials, coordinate samples and showroom stock, organise look-books and digital assets.

  • Monitor account performance: track orders, sell-through rates, returns and stock-on-hand; generate weekly/monthly reports and flag opportunities or risks.

  • Internal cross-team support: act as the liaison between Sales, Production, Design, Logistics and Finance to deliver seamless execution of collections and campaigns.

  • Maintain systems and data integrity: ensure our CRM/ERP and trade portals are up-to-date with correct pricing, product codes, account details and forecasts.

  • Contribute to wholesale strategy meetings: bring forward issues, ideas and feedback from the ground to inform future planning.
