THE ROLE
We are looking for a Wholesale Assistant to support the Wholesale Operations Manager and the Logistics Coordinator in this Luxury Fashion House. This role will coordinate accounts, manage orders, maintain inventory and provide administrative support to deliver smooth operations for the wholesale department.
We are open to considering a more senior appointment for Coordinator level candidates for this role. If you are more experienced than an Assistant level and interested in discussing further, please submit your application.
In this role you will:
Support with onboarding new clients and order entry.
Process cancellations, confirmations, and proformas for orders.
Maintain and coordinate client files in business systems.
Export product details and catalogues for seasonal uploads.
Assist with vendor documentation and submission requirements.
Provide administrative support, including imagery preparation and returns management.
Collaborate with marketing to create style guides, training packs, and client-facing materials.
Support wholesale marketing initiatives, activations, and press requests.
Manage sample and gifting requests.
Prepare sell-through and stock performance reports across regions.
Monitor available stock and assist with reallocations to clients.
Coordinate seasonal fulfillment, sales performance tracking, and returns with logistics.
Assist with account inquiries, reorders, credits, and RA processing.
Create and deliver marketing packages and seasonal content.
Liaise with customers to resolve queries and maintain communication flow.
Work with logistics to manage shipping, inventory intake, and dispatches across warehouses.
Assist with seasonal markets, including showroom set-up, scheduling, sales tools, and order confirmation.
Help facilitate sales material preparation and upload for internal systems.
Communicate shipping approvals with clients and ensure timely delivery coordination.
