The Role

We are looking for a Cluster Business Manager to join our client’s lifestyle brand and lead the execution of the Retail B&M Strategy across multiple store locations. In this role, you will drive profitable outcomes while delivering exceptional customer experiences and upholding brand standards. You’ll be responsible for managing and developing the brands retail teams,

  • KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
    Implement and execute brands B&M Sales Strategy to meet cluster profit targets.

  • Lead and train all retail employees to ensure brand knowledge, product expertise, and excellent customer experience, driving conversion and customer lifetime value.

  • Coach Retail Business Management Team on P&L reporting and cost management to achieve profit goals.

  • Deliver staff training and retention through coaching, mentorship, regular 1:1s, development plans, and performance reviews.

  • Advise Retail Business Managers on cost-effective roster and wage management.

  • Provide leadership with weekly in-store presence across cluster and home store.

  • Manage store standards including visual merchandising, marketing, and store presentation to uphold brand quality.

  • Communicate timely store feedback to key stakeholders to address strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures across the cluster.

  • Maintain data integrity and execute loss prevention to meet shrinkage targets.

  • Foster a team culture of transparency, problem solving, and continuous improvement.

  • Enforce workplace health and safety policies for all retail team members.
