THE ROLE

We’re partnering with a high-performing, design-led retail brand to appoint an experienced Cluster Manager into a key leadership position.
This is a confidential opportunity, suited to a commercially driven leader who thrives on leading from the front and driving performance across a multi-site portfolio.

The role will see you oversee a flagship standalone store alongside a network of concessions, leading teams to deliver a consistent, elevated customer experience while driving strong commercial outcomes.
With a strong foundation already in place, this is an opportunity to step into a high-performing environment and further elevate both people and performance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Drive sales and performance across a standalone store and multiple concession locations, delivering on all commercial targets

  • Lead, inspire and develop a network of store and concession teams, creating a cohesive and high-performing culture

  • Ensure a consistent and elevated customer experience across all touchpoints, aligned to brand standards

  • Oversee workforce planning across the cluster, managing rosters, wages and productivity

  • Maintain operational excellence across all locations, with a strong focus on VM, standards and execution

  • Partner with senior leadership to provide insights, reporting and recommendations to drive performance

  • Build strong internal relationships and act as a key brand ambassador

  • Identify opportunities for growth across the cluster, both commercially and from a people development perspective
