The Role
We’re seeking a culture-driven, digitally savvy Content Creator & Community Manager to lead visual storytelling, foster community engagement, and support influencer marketing and gifting efforts. This hybrid creative and strategic role is perfect for someone immersed in social media, fluent in influencer culture, and skilled at producing high-impact content that resonates.
Key Responsibilities:
Create engaging, on-brand content across photo, video, and copy
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and capture content
Confidently appear on camera for social media (TikTok, Instagram, etc.)
Leverage trends and tools to optimize platform-specific content
Highlight key brand moments: launches, events, partnerships
Analyze content performance to guide creative direction
Manage influencer campaigns: outreach, briefs, and relationships
Oversee gifting: lists, inventory, shipments, and tracking
Develop creative gifting aligned with campaigns and culture
Monitor influencer content for brand fit and gather assets
Track engagement and ROI; recommend optimizations
Engage actively with audience through comments, DMs, and mentions
Build and nurture community relationships with fans and creators
