Bring 5+ years in senior digital and eCommerce roles, ideally in fashion or retail
Have a strong commercial mindset and experience driving revenue across DTC channels
Understand key P&L drivers and know how to convert insights into action
Are confident across Shopify, Klaviyo, and performance analytics tools
Excel in data-led decision making, with sharp analytical and problem-solving skills

THE ROLE
In this role, you’ll lead the Digital and Ecommerce function across global markets, driving direct-to-consumer growth through data-led strategy, seamless site operations, and integrated marketing activity. A commercial operator with strong digital instincts, you’ll elevate the online customer journey while hitting performance and margin goals.
Ecommerce & Trading
Lead the digital sales strategy across global markets and categories.
Oversee daily site operations, trading calendar, and product performance.
Manage inventory planning and identify growth opportunities through trend monitoring.
Work cross-functionally to align product, logistics, and marketing plans.
Website & CX
Own content updates and merchandising across key launches and campaigns.
Drive UX/UI improvements to boost conversion and reduce drop-off.
Collaborate with developers and creatives to deliver an elevated user experience.
Digital Marketing & CRM
Manage paid media, email, SEO, and affiliate programs.
Own the EDM calendar and customer segmentation strategy.
Oversee briefs, creative timelines, and agency relationships to support digital goals.
Team & Operations
Lead a small team across customer service and dispatch.
Resolve day-to-day operational issues and ensure smooth fulfilment.
Maintain a high standard of service across all customer touchpoints.
Reporting & Insights
Own performance reporting across digital channels.
Translate analytics into actions that improve sales and customer experience.
Track and report on budget, targets, and key eCommerce metrics.
