THE ROLE
The Senior E-Commerce Coordinator is a key specialised role within the Ecommerce Team, responsible for driving the growth and optimisation of the brands ecommerce business on our online direct-to-consumer platforms.
This role demands strong initiative, commercial acumen, and the ability to guide and support end-to-end website performance, conversion strategy, customer experience, and digital operations.
The Senior E-Commerce Coordinator leads the execution of day-to-day ecommerce activities, working cross-functionally with Sales, Design, Creative, IT and Marketing teams. This role reports directly to the Sales and Brand Director and works closely with the department leads.
● Support strategies, execute and track to improve Email & SMS List engagement and growth % yoy, working to improve open rates, click rates and conversion rates.
● Continuously support improvement of the DTC customer journey and implements projects that increase loyalty and retention.
● Support the scope, schedule, and deliver minor ecommerce projects or improvements across the site or digital operations, with visibility and final sign-off from the Sales and Brand Director where needed.
● Collaborate with management and neighbouring teams to deliver major ecommerce projects or improvements across the site or digital operations.
● Support the Customer Service team, coordinating with internal teams on any issues to assist a smooth customer experience.
● Agile response to best selling or viral moments in products and creating strategies to maximise the brands business model.
● Continuous and support initiatives on creating products, promotions or sales strategies that suit the website sales.
● Continuous inventory and support stock review to create strategies on moving stock on hand, promotional sales, online only promotions and preorder opportunities.
● Working closely with the Wholesale Team to understand stock movements, best seller opportunities, excess stock opportunities and repeat opportunities.
● Work closely with marketing teams to maximise marketing content, influencer content and digital marketing campaigns to maximise sales opportunities.
● Be informed across design, fit and production information, and self initiated to translating it onto website features, for maximised customer experience.
● Monitoring and optimising customer lifecycle and personalised segmented marketing campaigns.
● Support strategising to recover abandoned carts and improve abandoned cart rate % yoy.
