Bring a minimum 3 years hands-on e-commerce experience (E-commerce Executive/Specialist, Senior E-Commerce Coordinator or Junior E-commerce Manager level)
Prior experience in ecommerce and fashion
Demonstrated experience & understanding of managing a Shopify website(s)
Practical knowledge of e-commerce and email platforms — Shopify Plus, Klaviyo, Yotpo or similar will set you apart.
A genuine understanding of lifecycle marketing and loyalty programs, and how to use them to drive repeat purchase and long-term customer value.
Confidence working with data, you're someone that can dig into performance metrics, pull out the story, and turn it into action.
Experience briefing and managing external agencies

THE ROLE
We're looking for an experienced digital marketer to take ownership of website performance and email marketing for a cult-fave Australian fashion label that is scaling fast, both locally and globally. You'll work across the full ecommerce function; from on-site experience and merchandising through to eDM execution and reporting.
Ownership of the end-to-end Shopify Plus website (multiple regions) and ensure a seamless customer journey and online user experience
Identifying friction points and implementing improvements and optimisations that enhance usability
Drive conversion, engagement and revenue though smart product merchandising, collection curation, on-site search, navigation improvements, and upsell strategies.
Coordinate the rollout of promotions, new product launches, and site updates.
Collaborate with marketing and the wider team to identify underperforming products and action improvements
Run regular site audits and troubleshooting
Report on website and campaign performance drawing out insights and recommendations for ongoing improvement.
Brief and manage external SEO agency, overseeing keyword strategy and the implementation of on-site SEO improvements.
Develop and execute the email marketing calendar in line with broader campaign and brand objectives.
Write and coordinate email briefs, copy, and creative collateral to ensure every campaign is delivered on time and on brand.
Analyse and report on email performance regularly, using data to inform future campaign strategy and optimisation.
