3+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics Manager or similar role within fashion.
Have experience working with 3PL providers and managing multiple warehouses.
Experience with global logistics and international shipping operations.
High attention to detail.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask.
Good understanding of the wholesale industry.
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.

THE ROLE
As the Logistics Manager, you will play a pivotal role in optimising wholesale stock operations, ensuring smooth management of all inbound and outbound stock movements. You will coordinate logistics for efficient distribution, monitor and track sales orders, maintain accurate records, and support the Wholesale Manager in resolving any operational challenges. This role has a strong focus on working with 3PL providers and managing international shipments across multiple regions.
Key Responsibilities
Track all inbound deliveries from suppliers to 3PLs and maintain accurate BI reports.
Maximise outbound unit deliveries efficiently, maintaining high velocity from inbound to outbound orders.
Coordinate with customers to ensure timely delivery of products and accurate, timely invoicing.
Ensure 3PL compliance with SLA’s, including scan-in and scan-out requirements.
Prepare and review pick strategies with the Wholesale Manager.
Manage sales orders, ensuring accurate and timely data entry across all systems.
Prepare shipping documents, arrange shipments, and optimise them for on-time delivery and cost-effectiveness.
Alert the Wholesale Manager to any overages or shortages impacting customers and propose solutions.
Support Wholesale Sales Manager with customer inquiries and complaints.
Schedule and distribute weekly ATS and shipping reports.
Maintain accurate records at all times and ensure reports are distributed by due dates.
