Bring 4+ yrs experience in a Product Developer, Garment Tech or similar role
Tertiary qualification in Fashion
Advanced experience in Excel & Illustrator
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Organised, with exceptional attention to detail
Strong understanding of garment construction and high-end finishes
Clear decision making and problem-solving skills

THE ROLE
The Product Developer will manage the end-to-end development process for beautiful womenswear collections. This role combines creative and technical expertise, ensuring every style meets the brand’s quality, aesthetic, sustainability, and delivery standards.
In this role you will:
Collaborate with the Design team to translate concepts and sketches into development samples.
Translate designs into CAD drawings that accurately reflect the intended designs.
Source and develop fabrics, trims, and embellishments that align with seasonal direction.
Create and maintain detailed tech packs including measurements, construction details, and bill of materials.
Liaise with suppliers, factories, and mills to communicate design intent, technical requirements, and feedback.
Track sample progress and manage the critical path to ensure on-time sample approvals and production readiness.
Conduct fit sessions, record feedback, and ensure necessary pattern or construction adjustments are made.
Monitor and manage development costs to achieve margin targets.
Maintain organised records of product development stages and approvals.
Support sustainability and ethical sourcing initiatives
