Have experience leading multi-site retail teams in a hands-on regional role
Have a proven ability to build trust quickly and lead established, long-standing teams
Can confidently manage performance, including delivering feedback and holding difficult conversations
Are comfortable driving sales performance and supporting KPI delivery across stores
Have strong communication skills and can influence across all levels of the business

THE ROLE
We’re partnering with a premium menswear brand to appoint a Regional Manager across a key NSW portfolio.
This is a hands-on leadership role overseeing six locations across Sydney, including a flagship CBD store and key concession sites. With a strong, long-standing team already in place, this role is all about elevating performance through people, presence and coaching.
You’ll lead a network of experienced teams alongside emerging talent who are ready to be developed. This is a role for a leader who builds credibility on the floor, earns respect quickly and knows how to bring teams on the journey.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead, inspire and develop a network of 6 stores across standalone and concession environments
Drive strong performance across the region, ensuring consistent delivery of sales and KPI outcomes
Build trusted relationships with long-standing teams, leading with authenticity and a people-first approach
Coach and develop both experienced leaders and newer team members, building capability and confidence across the region
Provide clear, constructive feedback and confidently manage performance conversations when required
Navigate strong personalities, creating alignment and a cohesive, high-performing culture
Maintain a consistent in-store presence, leading from the front in styling, service and customer experience
Ensure excellence in execution across all locations, from brand standards through to operational consistency
Partner with senior leadership to provide insights, feedback and recommendations to further elevate regional performance
