THE ROLE

Are you a commercially driven leader with a passion for people and fashion retail? We're looking for an experienced Retail Business Manager to lead our flagship store. Someone hungry for growth, with the humility to build a team that thrives.

You'll take ownership of our highest-volume location. Driving sales, leading a large team and delivering operational excellence every day. This is a role for someone who leads from the floor, invests in their people and knows how to keep a business growing year on year.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team with a clear succession pipeline

  • Drive year-on-year sales growth and own all key commercial metrics

  • Manage store operations - rostering, compliance, and daily standards

  • Oversee stock management, inventory accuracy, and loss prevention

  • Maintain visual merchandising and brand presentation at all times

  • Analyse trading performance and act quickly on opportunities

  • Partner with area leadership on strategy and business planning
