THE ROLE
We’re looking for a Retail Business Manager to lead our iconic lifestyle client’s Chermside store. Our client is one of Australia’s most loved lifestyle brands, built on community and giving back — values that run through every decision, every product, every customer interaction.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Drive sales performance to achieve weekly, monthly and annual sales and margin targets
Consistently deliver exceptional customer experiences to build brand loyalty and lifetime value
Manage rosters and wages in line with revenue targets
Maintain operational excellence and lead by example in all areas of store presentation and service
Partner with the Area Manager, National Retail Manager and Assistant Business Manager to ensure data integrity and loss prevention strategies are met
Provide regular reporting, feedback and recommendations to the Area Manager
Train, coach and develop your team to foster a positive, engaged and high-performing culture
Build strong internal relationships across departments and act as a key brand ambassador
Collaborate with Operations and Design teams to bring deep product knowledge to life in-store
