Are a confident retail leader with 2-3 years management experience, ideally in womenswear or fashion
Love building, coaching and developing high performing teams

THE ROLE
Step into a leadership role with a fast growing, design led fashion brand as they open their brand new Bondi Beach flagship. As Store Manager, you will lead this high profile location, driving performance, culture and customer experience from day one.
This role suits a commercially minded leader who builds genuine relationships, develops confident teams, and delivers results without losing the in store experience. You will work alongside like minded, style obsessed individuals in a people first culture that values creativity, collaboration and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and inspire your store team to deliver an exceptional and personalised customer experience
Drive commercial performance by tracking and exceeding sales, conversion and other KPIs
Build and nurture a loyal client base through genuine relationships and tailored service
Coach, mentor and develop your team to create confident, accountable leaders
Support recruitment, onboarding, performance management and team development
Deliver styling sessions and ensure strong product knowledge across the team
