Have retail store management experience and proven ability to achieve sales, wages, and targets.
Have a passion for coaching and leading teams.
Are a a strong and engaging communicator with a focus on customer service.
Can execute effective roster management.
Have previous visual merchandising ability.
Are open and flexible to late night trading, public holidays and weekends when required.
Understand fashion and trends & share a love for women's fashion.

THE ROLE
We're looking for a Store Manager to support running of the Harbour Town Outlet location at an iconic Global Australian brand.
Our client is one of Australia's most celebrated women's fashion retailers, built on elegance and effortless style. Values that are reflected in every collection, every store and every customer experience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead, coach, and develop your team through regular 1:1s and ongoing training
Oversee performance management processes with confidence and care
Drive store performance by achieving sales targets, managing wages and delivering on KPIs
Execute effective roster management to optimise team productivity
Maintain high visual merchandising standards across the store
Deliver an exceptional customer experience that reflects the brand's values
Build a positive and engaged team culture through strong leadership
Manage day-to-day store operations including opening and closing procedures
Liaise with and report to your Area Manager on store performance and team updates
Champion the brand on the floor - leading by example in styling, product knowledge and customer connection
