* 5+ years’ experience in wholesale operations, logistics, customer service or supply chain within fashion, luxury or a related industry.
* Strong experience managing international wholesale accounts.
* Experience working with major department stores, luxury retailers, e-commerce partners and/or international distributors.
* Strong understanding of wholesale order management from PO through to delivery and invoicing.
* Experience with EDI, vendor portals, routing guides and retailer compliance requirements.
* Strong understanding of international freight, customs and shipping documentation.
* Excellent Excel and reporting capability.
* Experience working with ERP/order-management systems.
* Strong commercial awareness and an understanding of how operational execution impacts revenue and customer relationships.
* Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple seasons and deadlines simultaneously.
* Confidence communicating with senior internal stakeholders and international retail partners.
* A proactive approach to problem solving — identifying issues early and driving them through to resolution.

THE ROLE
Our luxury client is seeking an experienced Wholesale Operations & Logistics Manager to oversee the end-to-end operational execution of its global wholesale business.
This role will manage the wholesale order lifecycle from order confirmation through production, allocation, delivery, invoicing and reconciliation, acting as the key link between Sales, Production, Finance, Warehouse and external logistics partners.
The ideal candidate will be highly organised, commercially minded and proactive, with strong experience managing international wholesale operations within a fast-paced luxury or fashion environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Own the global wholesale order book from PO confirmation through to delivery and invoicing.
Maintain accurate visibility of orders, delivery windows, amendments, cancellations and customer requirements.
Manage the wholesale delivery calendar across international markets.
Coordinate with Production, Warehouse and 3PL partners to ensure orders are allocated and shipped on time.
Manage freight, customs, shipping documentation and customer-specific routing and compliance requirements.
Monitor shipments and proactively resolve delivery delays, customs issues and other exceptions.
Manage retailer compliance, including EDI, ASN, vendor portals, labelling, packaging and routing requirements.
Work closely with Production and Sales to identify at-risk orders, manage shortages and develop recovery plans.
Support Wholesale Sales with accurate order and delivery updates and proactive customer communication.
Partner with Finance to ensure accurate and timely invoicing, reconciliation, deductions and claims resolution.
Coordinate wholesale returns, RTVs and customer claims.
Maintain weekly reporting on open orders, shipments, at-risk orders, cancellations, revenue and delivery performance.
Identify opportunities to improve processes, systems, reporting and logistics efficiency.
